Hi all! This is my first day joining. I have been experiencing hair pulling for sometime now specifically my eyelashes and eyebrows. I have not figured out my triggers. Most of the time I barely know I am doing it. Every so often it will get bad and I am left with patches in these areas and I feel so ashamed. I won't pull until they grow back or look like they filled in and promise myself I won't do it again and it's just a endlessly repeat cycle.
